Abstract

.This manuscript refines the S2 (sequestered, non-static) branch of the MetaTime Open-EFT framework. The central requirement is that any informational bath coupled to observable physics must not generate detectable static fifth-force effects nor destroy macroscopic quantum coherence.A closed scaling relation for bath-induced correlated decoherence is derived:Lambda(R_star) = g^2 * c / R_starwhere:R_star is the bath correlation length (the effective “bulk tick” scale),g is the effective brane–bulk overlap coupling,c is the speed of light.A high-pass influence kernel is introduced to suppress zero-frequency (static) susceptibility, separating static gravitational constraints from dynamical decoherence effects.Warp-suppressed overlap in a Randall–Sundrum geometry with Goldberger–Wise stabilization provides a microphysical route to small effective coupling g. However, extreme suppression makes the model experimentally inert. Therefore, this work identifies an intermediate “S2 window” in parameter space where:• Current short-range gravity bounds are satisfied (KT1)• Macroscopic coherence limits are respected (KT3)• Correlated decoherence could still be detectable in next-generation interferometryThis manuscript defines a falsifiable phenomenological branch of the MetaTime program. It does not claim empirical confirmation, but establishes quantitative conditions for experimental confrontation.
