Abstract

We demonstrate that the universal gravitational constant G and the hadronic vacuum elasticity constant K are not independent fundamental parameters but constitute a dual pair of emergent transport coefficients governing orthogonal aspects of the Vacuum Energy Quanta Field (VEQF). Through rigorous dimensional analysis and full framework recalibration, we establish the constitutive relation G = alpha * l_q^2 * c / K, where l_q is the vacuum lattice spacing, c is the propagation speed limit, and alpha is a dimensionless topological invariant derivable from the TCI winding hierarchy. Note on This Enhanced Version: This revision incorporates (1) full silver-ratio frequency recalibration from proton stability analysis, (2) isospin coherence weighting (beta = 37/250) resolving strange baryon discrepancies, (3) explicit distinction between G (vacuum admittance) and gravity (emergent thermodynamic coalescence/drift), (4) the refined definition of inertial mass as vacuum encapsulation effort, and (5) clarification that l_q and Delta_tau are auxiliary mesoscopic visualization parameters (the vacuum remains ontologically continuous). All changes ensure complete internal consistency across the VEQF core documents.
