Abstract

codex-lab-kit is the open-source experimental validation toolkit for the Golden Codex Protocol (GCP) and Perceptual Compute Offloading (PCO) architecture. It implements a four-phase validation protocol: Hash Robustness — perceptual hash stability under geometric, photometric, and compression transforms Hash-to-Grasp — end-to-end pipeline from camera frame to robot grasp execution Loop Closure — write-back augmentation validation (System 2 → System 1 promotion) Latency Profile — sub-millisecond timing verification across the perception stack Designed for partner labs to independently reproduce and extend PCO results using the YCB benchmark object set.
