Abstract

This work extends Agreement-Based Projection Dynamics (Part I) by introducing a structural mechanism for symmetry-level transitions in saddle-type systems. While Part I formalizes relaxed projection operators under admissibility constraints, Part II proves that persistent projection deficit in saddle geometry induces inevitable symmetry cascades. Together, the two parts define a multi-level agreement-based projection framework for phase transitions across scales.
