Вплив ефекту протея у VR-терапії на самоідентифікацію та психологічне благополуччя людей із порушеннями здоров'я
Abstract
The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the impact of the Proteus effect in VR therapy on processes of self-identification and psychological well-being in individuals with health impairments. The mechanisms of interaction between users’ individual psychological characteristics and parameters of the virtual environment are explicated. An original conceptual model of the Proteus effect in VR therapy is presented, explaining the transition from virtual identification to the interiorization of the virtual self and demonstrating its potential for reconstructing personal integrity and enhancing motivation for rehabilitation.
