Molecular factors of pancreatic and pituitary neuroendocrine tumors, for predicting the course of development and effectiveness of therapy 2025 - 2026 (ANM_K_DG_27)

This DMP contains the info on datasets obtained in a study that aims to research molecular RNA factors of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (Pan-NETs) and pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) using next-generation sequencing methods. The study will perform spatial transcriptomic analysis of PanNET tumor tissue, assess gene expression in tumor cells and stroma, and analyze tissue heterogeneity, and stroma-tumor interactions using spatial transcriptomics methods. In addition, the work will also analyze circulating miRNAs in plasma before and after therapy in Pit-NET patients at different time intervals, using next-generation sequencing and validation with real-time PCR to identify potential miRNAs for therapy monitoring.
