Containers for isoCIRC and CIRI-long tools

This resource provides containerized implementations of widely used nanopore-based circRNA detection tools we utilize in our research. Each container has the complete software environment, including all required dependencies, system libraries, and specific tool versions, ensuring reproducible and portable execution across computing platforms. These containers are designed to address common installation and compatibility challenges frequently encountered when deploying bioinformatics software, particularly in high-performance computing environments. By distributing standardized container images, we aim to support open and reproducible research practices and to facilitate adoption of these tools within the community. The included tools remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and should be cited according to their original publications.
