Abstract
> This paper presents a comparative study of two distinct mathematical mechanisms leading to an 11-dimensional structure: (1) the anomaly cancellation mechanism in String/M-Theory, and (2) the algebraic closure mechanism in the Trace-Ji-Mark (TJM) framework. While M-Theory derives 11 dimensions from the consistency conditions of quantum field theory (specifically, the cancellation of chiral anomalies), the TJM framework derives 11 dimensions as the necessary minimum dimension for the closure of a non-associative logical algebra (specifically, the satisfaction of the Jacobi identity). We demonstrate that the "Bottle-Cap Twisting" model—comprising stages of loosening, tightening, and thread-stripping—is not merely an analogy but a rigorous structural consequence of this 11-dimensional algebraic extension. By juxtaposing these two approaches, we highlight that 11 dimensions may represent a universal convergence point for both geometric and logical self-consistency, offering new testable predictions such as deviations from the standard Born rule.
