NERC-FSF/RUFFS: RUFFS - The R sUite For Field Spectroscopy
Abstract
RUFFS is an R package designed to handle and process spectroscopy data from common field spectrometer models, such as the ASD, Spectra Vista Corporation, and Spectral Evolution ranges. It has a variety of processing routines, such as interpolation, overlap removals, and stitching, to ensure publication ready spectral datasets.
