Plant3D Dataset
Abstract
The data originates from: A. Conn, U. V. Pedmale, J. Chory, C. F. Stevens, and S. Navlakha, "A statistical description of plant shoot architecture," Curr. Biol., vol. 27, no. 14, pp. 2078-2088.e3, 2017. Preprocessing was performed on samples of three plant species: sorghum, tobacco, and tomato, to generate the corresponding 3D point cloud data.
