Abstract

This paper reviews scientific literature, historical records, naval observations, and naturalphenomena associated with floating luminous spheres in marine environments. Suchspheres have been observed for centuries in association with oceans, rivers, storms, andvolcanic regions. The SP3 framework proposes that such orbs may represent localizedcondensations of the space-phase substrate, stabilized and guided by coherence corridors.Deep ocean spreading ridges and hydrothermal vents are proposed as plausible terrestrialformation zones due to their intense energy gradients, electrical activity, and plasmafriendly environments.
