Abstract
APHREH ADSMap v1.0.0 Initial Stable Release Version 1.0.0 marks the first stable release of the APHREH ADSMap computational framework for parametric assessment of spatial health risk induced by environmental exposures. This release provides the complete and validated end-to-end pipeline, including exposure threshold identification, lagged incidence computation, bootstrap-based effect estimation, multi-annual aggregation, parameter optimization, uncertainty analysis, and sensitivity assessment. This release includes: Core pipeline Exposure and non-exposure day classification based on percentile thresholds Lag-adjusted incidence computation Baseline incidence estimation with dynamic window option Incidence differential calculation Weighted Mann–Whitney bootstrap procedure for effect size estimation Annual risk coefficient with confidence intervals Multi-year aggregation using median and IQR Summary metrics Standardized effect computation MARM (Meta-Analytical Relevance Metric) WMARM (population-Weighted MARM) Automatic identification of optimal exposure percentile and lag combination Optional modules: Uncertainty analysis for top parameter configurations Sensitivity analysis via controlled perturbation of exposed-day outcomes 3D surface visualization of WMARM across parameter space Output: Structured parametric result folders Raw and formatted index tables Multi-year aggregated results WMARM surface plot Uncertainty and sensitivity analysis reports Technical Characteristics: Fully modular architecture Configuration-driven execution via conf.py Bootstrap-based inference framework Population-weighted spatial aggregation Designed for reproducible research workflows Compatible with Python 3.9+ Main dependencies: pandas numpy scipy matplotlib dbfread Intended Use This release is intended for research and non-commercial analytical applications involving: Environmental epidemiology Climate-health impact assessment Spatial risk modelling Public health vulnerability analysis Parameter optimization studies across exposure thresholds and lag structures Versioning: This release follows semantic versioning. 1.0.0 indicates: Stable and fully functional pipeline Complete feature set as described in the associated publication Suitable for reproducible research deployment License This repository is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license.
