The Amaterasu Anomaly as a Macroscopic Informatic Erasure Event in a Holographic Open-EFT
Abstract
MetaTime (v36.1 Update) — The Amaterasu Anomaly as a Macroscopic Informatic Erasure Event **Abstract**The Amaterasu event (a reconstructed ~244 EeV ultra-high-energy cosmic ray) presents a severe observational anomaly. Arriving from a local void, it challenges conventional source propagation models and the standard Greisen–Zatsepin–Kuzmin (GZK) cutoff expectations. We propose a conservative, falsifiable resolution within the MetaTime framework (an Open-EFT with informational latency), conceptualizing the event as a macroscopic informatic erasure discharge routed through ultra-low-latency topological channels (bulk-supported $5D$ I/O) to suppress in-transit attenuation. Applying the Principle of Computational Action Minimization (PCAM) and Landauer’s bound against the CMB thermal background ($T \simeq 2.73 \text{ K}$), we calculate that the observed macroscopic kinetic energy corresponds to the thermodynamic exhaust of erasing $\mathcal{O}(10^{24})$ bits of information. **Version Notes (v36.1 Non-Markovian Upgrade)*** Upgraded the dynamics from a Markovian latency map (e.g., MetaTime v46) to a causal memory kernel (v36.1).* The local matter-load now enters through a latent state $m(\tau)$ obeying a relaxation law, introducing a finite temporal inertia to informatic erasure events.* This non-Markovian structure yields a falsifiable prediction: macroscopic erasure discharges should exhibit hysteresis or temporal clustering (non-Poissonian echoes), contrasting with the purely random distribution expected from standard astrophysical accelerators. **Companion Framework**This phenomenological application utilizes the non-Markovian mathematical architecture (retarded response and information inertia) established in the core macroscopic theory. For the foundational memory-kernel derivation, see: MetaTime v36.1: Non-Markovian Cosmological Dynamics from Processing-Driven Dark-Sector Exchange.
