MECHANISTIC EXTERNAL PROBE ANALYSIS
Abstract
MEPA (Mechanistic External Probe Analysis) is a 4-axis framework for real-time detection and prediction of safety boundary dissolution in Large Language Models. It produces deterministic predictions on a stochastic system without requiring access to model weights, architecture, or internal state.
