Abstract

Three fixes, all in safeguards that reported success while failing. gephi_community_stability issued the two calls that write the consensus partition and checked neither response. When the write path was unavailable it still returned consensus_column and consensus_communities while the column existed on no node. It now reports consensus_write_failed with the detail. The stability numbers were never affected. gephi_whatif erased the session's methods record. It duplicates a workspace, edits the copy, deletes it, and returns, and those workspace calls trip the rule that clears the styling record when the graph changes. The caller comes back to the same graph, so the record is now saved and restored around the run. Left unfixed, running a counterfactual emptied gephi_session_receipt and the next figure exported with an incomplete legend. gephi_community_layout raised an error on directed graphs. Community members the breadth-first walk cannot reach were added to the traversal's depth and parent maps but not to its ordering, which every later step is built from. On a directed graph that branch is the norm, so the layout the graph profile recommends for tree-like networks could not run on them. Also: the README said 112 tools where there are 113, and the reading-network-maps reference dated the Gephisto paper 2022 with a shortened title. The Gephi plugin is unchanged at 1.3.0; its .nbm is attached for convenience. Install or upgrade with uvx gephi-ai, or download the .mcpb for Claude Desktop.
