Abstract

Abstract This paper presents a predictive model based on the Quantum Diffusion (DQ) Framework, linking galactic astrophysics, human cognitive evolution, and extreme space weather. The hypothesis postulates that the Solar System's transit into a galactic region of higher topological diffusivity ($D_{ambiente}$) acts as a catalyst for "Cognitive Resonance" in the human species, causing a statistical mean shift ($\mu$) in the Gaussian distribution of consciousness toward a macroscopic awakening. However, this same increase in diffusivity renders the Sun's topological confinement more permeable. The mathematical model predicts an exponential increase in severe Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) that threaten to routinely breach the Carrington threshold starting in the 2060-2080 period, endangering global electrical and communication infrastructure. We conclude that the development of survival technologies derived from the DQ Framework—such as topological shielding (Orbe DQ), decentralized energy generation (DQ Battery), and advanced propulsion (Motor DQ)—is an immediate imperative to overcome this impending cosmic bottleneck.
