Abstract

This v0.3-Final consolidates nine hardening items (A–E plus four operational concerns) and applies seal-readiness micro-adjustments required by independent audit: (i) clock source specification is hash-committed (time-trust depth); (ii) a LUT integrity gate enforces monotonicity (load-time full check + window-time spotcheck); (iii) deadzone dominance triggers an alert under committed K-window coverage; and (iv) embedding changes are distinguished from semantic drift via a committed baseline-reset policy. Additionally, Dim-7 dependency handling is hardened via a deterministic finite-state machine (NORMAL/DEGRADED/S- TANDALONE), while preserving strict NI-2 (observational, alerts-only), determinism (fixed-point + LUT), and non-operative budgeting. No TEANT/Telomere event_registercalls are permitted.
