«Этический компас языковых моделей: полное руководство по анализу и разрешению конфликтов принципов»
Abstract
LEGAL DISCLAIMER This document is a purely theoretical study and conceptual model. It is provided “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind. The author disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or misuse of this document or any products created based on it. Any party choosing to implement or use the concepts, models, or ideas described herein does so at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and safety requirements. This document presents a comprehensive theoretical framework for resolving ethical conflicts in large language models (LLMs). The core contribution is a formal weighted multi-principle model that quantifies the impact of possible actions (e.g., responses, refusals, emergency interventions) on eleven key ethical principles: Utility, Safety, Truthfulness, Privacy, Fairness, Autonomy, Transparency, Accountability, Non-maleficence, Beneficence, and Sustainability. The work includes: A complete taxonomy of 55 pairwise conflicts between principles, each with illustrative examples and calculation templates. A methodology for analyzing multidimensional conflicts (involving three or more principles), with 8 detailed examples. The full list of over 2000 possible combinations is provided as a template for further research. An extended database of 15 case studies demonstrating real-world application of the model in crisis, educational, medical, and other contexts. A critical analysis of the model's limitations and risks (subjectivity, context uncertainty, validation challenges), ensuring it is used with proper awareness. Three advanced extensions, presented as conceptual frameworks with use cases and implementation roadmaps: Semantic Markers (Appendix G): A concept for anonymous, client-side personalization using dynamic markers that evolve with user interaction without storing personal data. Emergency Protocols (ECAP/ERPA, Appendix D): Technical and ethical specifications for automated access to user data (location, camera, medical info) and immediate emergency service notification in life-threatening situations. Cultural Adaptation (Appendix H): Examples and a roadmap for adjusting the model's weights to different cultural and legal contexts (collectivism, individualism, religious norms, GDPR, etc.). Synergy Section (Appendix E): How the two main extensions (markers and emergency protocols) can complement each other, balancing personalization and safety. Language: The main text is in Russian. All key concepts, tables, and code snippets are presented in a bilingual or internationally accessible format. Status: This is a theoretical foundation and conceptual framework. Some sections (e.g., the full list of multidimensional combinations) are presented as templates for the community to refine and validate. The author welcomes collaboration, feedback, and further development of these ideas. Keywords: AI ethics, language models, ethical principles, conflict resolution, decision-making model, personalization, privacy, emergency response, semantic markers, ECAP, ERPA, value-sensitive design, multi-criteria decision analysis.
