ZLT-P50I: The Structural Law of Intervention — Completeness of Structural Impossibilities Under Finite-Structure Postulate F1–F3
Abstract
This paper establishes the Exhaustive Consequence Law (ECL) as a completeness result for the Zero Leap Theory (ZLT) impossibility architecture. We prove that any compressed intervention on a finite-structure intervenible system must satisfy at least one of three consequence predicates — non-evanescent damage (P₁), asymptotic efficiency collapse (P₂), or structural transmutation (P₃) — and that no fourth consequence mode is structurally consistent. As a corollary, the impossibility table {I-1, ..., I-9} is formally closed: no structurally independent I-11 can be formulated without violating the finite-structure postulate (F1–F3). This result elevates ZLT from a collection of domain-specific impossibilities to a universal completeness theorem. Paper 50I in the Zero Leap Theory series. Canonical Status: Completeness Theorem. Impossibility Code: ZLT-IMP-010.
