European mink integrated IBM-MDP model
Abstract
This repositiory houses the model code used for determining the optimal reintroduction strategy for the critically endangered European mink (Mustela lutreola) in France. The code includes two connected components: An individual-based model that models the population dynamics of the European mink An optimisation model that determines the dynamic and state-dependent optimal actions This work was supported by the FRB-MTE-OFB 2022 DISCAR Synthesis Project.
