Abstract

Conscious Geometry Theory (CGT) is a unified theoretical framework that derives 148 physical constants from two fundamental parameters: universal recursion depth Y = 7 and human consciousness bandwidth Y_H = 13 (the 7th Fibonacci number). Through the master constraint √(R × Φc) = π, CGT connects information geometry to physical reality across particle physics, nuclear physics, cosmology, turbulence, consciousness studies, and mathematics. Results include: the fine structure constant α to 0.0022%, the proton-electron mass ratio to 0.0019%, the weak mixing angle sin²θ_W to 0.03%, the CMB temperature to 0.13%, and the cosmological age-expansion product t₀×H₀ to 0.01%. Cross-domain Monte Carlo testing (100 million trials) yields p < 10⁻⁸. Three falsifications and one active tension (tensor-to-scalar ratio r) are documented transparently. This is the complete theory document including all derivations, predictions, validations, speculative extensions, and development history.
