Dark Energy and Dark Matter as View-Vector Phenomena - V5
Abstract
Modern cosmology faces a profound explanatory gap: approximately 95% of the universe consists of components whose fundamental nature remains unknown. Dark energy (∼ 68%) is associated with the observed acceleration of cosmic expansion, yet the discrepancy between theoretical vacuum-energy estimates and the measured value spans roughly 120 orders of magnitude. Dark matter (∼ 27%) is inferred from gravitational eects but has evaded particle detection for more than four decades. This paper presents a theoretical framework based on Fractal Uncertainty Theory (FUT) in which both phenomena arise not from new substances but from theview-vector dependence of physical observables. Dark energy is reinterpreted as a geometric property of the spatial null-zone: ρDE = (3/8πG) (ε̇/ε)2 . Dark matter is interpreted as ordinary baryonic matter that manifests dierently under gravitational and electromagnetic view-vectors. Six testable predictions distinguishing FUT from ΛCDM are formulated. FUT is a theoretical proposal under active development; the results here are intended to motivate empirical scrutiny rather than to constitute established results.
