Abstract

This repository contains the script used for RNA-seq analysis in the study: Integrated transcriptome and proteome analyses unveil cytoskeletal alterations in an endothelial model of monogenic diabetes, published in Genome Medicine. The files contain the R script and the results from the global transcriptome analysis of two sets of hiPSC-derived endothelial cells: (1) control-derived isogenic set and (2) patient-derived isogenic set. The raw data are available in Array Express: E-MTAB-10404, DOI: 10.6019/E-MTAB-10404, and E-MTAB-16548, DOI: 10.6019/S-BSST2582, respectively.
