Global Founding License Program for Dynamic Machine-Readable Code Security (DMRCS): A Technical and Jurisdictional Deployment Framework
Abstract
This paper presents the Dynamic Machine-Readable Code Security (DMRCS) architecture, a server-side dynamic validation framework designed to mitigate structural vulnerabilities in static QR and barcode systems. Unlike conventional approaches that rely solely on cryptographic embedding or client-side modification, DMRCS enforces read-count and time-based constraints through server-side dynamic interpretation, without requiring changes to existing QR code formats, scanners, or client devices. A working prototype (VSC-based implementation) has been completed, and patent applications have been filed. This publication introduces a Global Founding License Program, inviting one validation partner per jurisdiction to participate in a 30-day no-cost Proof-of-Concept (PoC) evaluation. Participation does not obligate continuation. Upon successful validation, a time-limited exclusive implementation license (anticipated range: USD 20,000–60,000 for the first year)may be negotiated for the respective jurisdiction. The objective of this framework is practical deployment and measurable fraud mitigation in high-density QR and machine-readable code environments. Qualified technical validation partners are invited to initiate confidential discussion under the conditions described herein.
