Abstract

This work develops the applied-physics layer of Correlational Variational Field Theory (CVFT).Starting from refinement-persistent kernels within the Physical Realizability Class, we constructan explicit infrared (IR) projection map that extracts effective physical data from stable spectralstructures. We formalize the emergence of effective geometry via spectral and Dirichlet-form techniques, define conditions for the appearance of gauge-like internal sectors from stable spectral block structures, and describe mass generation mechanisms arising from spectral gap formation and refinementinduced symmetry breaking.Multiscale dynamics is analyzed through the combined action of variational flow and refinementsemigroup evolution, allowing identification of effective running behavior and sector stabilizationacross scales. This framework provides an operational pipeline from abstract connectivity kernels to effectivephysical observables, establishing the basis for constructing empirical models within CVFT.
