Residual Entropy Spectrum: Holographic Memory and Cycle-to-Cycle Information Transfer in Bouncing Cosmology
Abstract
We establish that a fraction C_univ of the entropy spectrum survives each cosmological bounce, calibrated against observations and independently derived from QECC bond dimensions (C_univ = 0.24 ± 0.06, consistent with the exact value 1/(d+1) = 0.25 from Paper VII). We identify the 3.3% viability window for cosmological parameters and show it corresponds to the attractor basin proven in Paper IV. The residual entropy spectrum provides the seed for structure formation without requiring an inflaton field.Part II of VII.
