This Project Handbook (PH) defines: the governance structure of the CIRCE project the roles and responsibilities of the beneficiaries and partners the scientific, administrative, and financial management processes the procedures for reporting, monitoring, and internal communication the guidelines for risk management, quality assurance, ethics, safety, anddata protection The PH complements the provisions of the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement.
