[DEPRECATED] The Transverse Projection Operator: Spectral Rigidity and Confinement Structure in a 5D Kink Geometry
Abstract
This draft has been superseded by the rigorous derivation found here: [https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18785883]. Please refer to the updated version for the correct spectral analysis. We construct the Transverse Projection Operator ˆQ, the fundamental generator of spectral confinement in the Operator-Derived Dimension (ODD) framework. The operator acts on a five-dimensional warped bulk geometry and enforces vacuum stability through a supersymmetric kink superpotential. We show that the confinement Hamiltonian H = ˆQ† ˆQ reduces to a modified P¨oschl–Teller spectral problem. Variational stability fixes the topological index μ = 2, implying a finite-dimensional discrete spectral subspace and a threshold resonance state. The resulting spectral structure supports exactly three phenomenological localization regimes.
