Abstract:This paper presents a novel deterministic model of planetary and galactic dynamics based on the Hydraulic Resonance of the cosmic medium (the Ocean). We challenge the classical Newtonian interpretation of gravity, proposing that the gravitational constant (G = 6.674) represents the Shadow of Mass resistance within a high-pressure external medium (95% of total density).Key findings:The 2-3-4 Progression Law: A mathematical correlation where stellar Radius (T^2), Mass (T^3), and Luminosity (T^4) are functions of Corona Temperature (T). This resolves Dark Matter velocity discrepancies in the Milky Way through the balance formula V = sqrt( (G * M / R) + (P * R) ).The Code 44 Cycle: The derivation of a 44-year energy release cycle (the square of 6.674) as a fundamental pulse for seismic and volcanic activity, demonstrated through historical data (1815-1991).The 26.5K Geological Fractal: Evidence of a global Great Reset rhythm based on the 26,500-year cycle and its harmonic fractions (7/14/21/28/49), aligning with major eruptions (Taupo, Toba, Yellowstone) and historical events (536 AD, 946 AD).The model predicts a significant planetary energy discharge event scheduled for October 2035, preceded by specific ionospheric and geochemical precursors identified in this study.
