Abstract

The Space-Phase (SP3) framework proposes that light, plasma, and matter may becontained and guided within coherence corridors formed by gradients in a conditionablesubstrate termed space-phase. Within this framework, luminous spherical or lobedstructures are predicted at multiple scales, from galactic phenomena such as the FermiBubbles to atmospheric luminous orb events observed adjacent to aircraft and reported bytrained observers. This paper presents a pre-registered statistical survey protocol for luminous orbphenomena, structured analogously to prior SP3 motion-focused surveys but adapted toluminous containment criteria. Inclusion standards, exclusion logic, behavioralpersistence measures, luminosity classification, and structural symmetry criteria aredefined. The framework enables falsifiable testing of SP3’s prediction that luminouscontainment domains will exhibit structural coherence, persistence beyond ballisticplasma diffusion expectations, and scale-independent morphological symmetry.
