Abstract

This software archive supports the analyses and figures of “Quiet-Solar-Low (QSL) GNSS-based VTEC climatology over Oukaïmeden (Morocco) across the Solar Cycle 24–25 transition” (Kaab et al., submitted to Advances in Space Research). It contains the processing and analysis code used to: compute daily receiver inter-frequency code bias DrxD_{rx}Drx using geometry-weighted least squares (WLS) and minimum-scalloping (MS), generate daily and 30-min binned station VTEC products, apply the QSL–GIM20 selection (IQD quiet-day labels, F10.7effF_{10.7}^{eff}F10.7eff thresholding, and the ∣ΔVTEC∣≤20|\Delta \mathrm{VTEC}|\le 20∣ΔVTEC∣≤20 TECU coherence gate), reproduce manuscript and supplementary figures/tables, including MS–WLS receiver-bias consistency diagnostics. The repository includes Jupyter notebooks/scripts, figure/table generation utilities, and a pinned Python environment specification (e.g., requirements.txt and/or environment.yml). The corresponding processed datasets are archived separately on Zenodo (see “Related identifiers”). How to reproduce: (i) create the environment from the provided specification, (ii) configure local paths to input data/products, (iii) run notebooks in the documented order to regenerate figures and tables.
