Abstract

This white paper presents the complete layer design specification and governing physicsfor the THE QUANTUM EPV JUMP SHIP — a propulsion architecture that achieves superluminal phase velocity by engineering the electromagnetic vacuum properties of spacetime rather thancurving the spacetime metric itself. The core principle is that the vacuum speed of light, c = 1/√(μ₀ε₀), is not a fixed geometric constant but an electromagnetic property of the quantum vacuum that can be locally modified through controlled manipulation of effective permittivity ε_eff and permeability μ_eff. By constructing an eight-layer hull that simultaneously suppresses ε and μ inside the vessel while enhancing them outside, the framework achievesc_in > c_out a superluminal phase-speed differential that enables non-local spatial transition. The architecture is governed by a unified Maxwell-Einstein-Cartan formalism, regulated by Einstein-Cartan torsion to prevent causality violation, and stabilised by E₈ gauge-sector energy redistribution. Each layer has a precisely defined design specification, governing equations, and experimentally verifiable signatures.Included is a experimental metamaterials' lab so you can mess around and have some fun with it.
