Abstract

This repository serves as a supplementary companion to the original published paper, providing the full analytic materials underlying the bibliometric co-occurrence network of autism spectrum disorder risk genes. It includes the complete PubMed search strategy and results, term harmonization files, thresholded VOSviewer network outputs, gene descriptions and interpretive notes, and supporting linkage and justification spreadsheets used to construct and validate the reported five-module architecture.
