Taorah/Code-and-data-workflow-for-HHM: HHM code for Earths Future paper, v1.0.0
Abstract
This release archives the version of the Hybrid Harmonic Model (HHM) used for the Earths Future manuscript. What it does Generates long time series of Total Water Level (TWL) by combining astronomical tides from harmonic constituents, mean sea level change from an SLR curve, storm surge or NTR from 100 Monte Carlo simulations, and optional wind wave setup and runup. Main script Parfor_HHM.m Key user settings Edit only the User settings block in Parfor_HHM.m including t tide folder path, project folder path, computewindwaves, and save_outputs. Inputs Delft3D FM history NetCDF FlowFM_0000_his.nc waterlevel at selected mesh index Storm surge Monte Carlo MAT files all_montecarlo_SS.mat and montecarlo_time.mat Optional wind wave setup and runup tables Outputs WL plus TWL cell arrays for the different rate scenarios, with optional saved MAT output and metadata describing settings. Reproducibility This release corresponds to tag v1.0.0 and the commit recorded by GitHub for this release.
