THE SURYA–BIOLOGICAL SYNCHRONIZATION THEORY (INDIA)
Abstract
Circadian biology demonstrates that human physiology is tightly regulated by the 24-hour solar light–dark cycle. Disruption of this synchronization—through nighttime eating and daytime sleeping—has been associated with metabolic disorders, hormonal imbalance, immune dysfunction, and cognitive decline. The Surya–Biological Synchronization Theory (SBST) proposes two non-negotiable biological conditions: Food intake must occur exclusively between sunrise and sunset. Sleep must occur exclusively after sunset and never during the daylight phase. This paper integrates chronobiology, endocrinology, molecular genetics, metabolic physiology, evolutionary medicine, and public health modeling to construct a solar-aligned framework for preventive health optimization.
