This file contains R and batch scripts that were used to generate data in the paper : Climate change shows inverse effects on grain yield and protein concentration in West Africa. The codes are hosted on gitlab:https://gitlab.pik-potsdam.de/dabigaba/apsim_west_africa/. The folder named Model contains scripts to run gridded APSIM across west Africa for historical and future projections. The pre-processsing folder contains R scripst for aggregating the data, constructing a lmer mode, making all plots and figures.
