From Quantum Potential to Layered Organization: A Recursive Threshold-Based Ontological Framework
Abstract
This manuscript introduces a novel ontological and algorithmic framework aimed at bridging the gap between quantum potentiality and the emergence of macroscopic biological organization. Central to the theory is the A -> Theta -> B recursive model, which posits that universal evolution is not merely a linear progression but a threshold-based organizational process mediated by a "Selective Potential"A -> Theta -> B The paper explores the transition from the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) as a fundamental information source to the formation of autocatalytic cycles and complex life. By integrating concepts from quantum mechanics, information theory, and non-equilibrium thermodynamics, the work proposes that the "Organizational Threshold" acts as a fundamental cosmic constant that governs the complexity of systems. This theoretical framework provides a new perspective on how structured information emerges from chaotic quantum states, offering potential implications for both theoretical physics and the foundations of synthetic biology.
