Data and codes for Tuzoia's patterning analyses
Abstract
These are the resource of the data we used in the paper, and the metrics calculated for each specimen. The MATLAB codes used for calculation is also available here. This is the dataset affliated with the manuscript "Fracture-driven self-organization generates polygonal patterning in an early arthropod carapace".
