Revised version (February 2026) of the "Cancer as a Pathogen-Centric Disease" hypothesis. Compared to the first version, critical notes on confounders have been incorporated, the H. pylori estimate of 5-6% (IARC) has been corrected, and the falsifiability criteria have been refined with operational thresholds.
