Abstract

ThearticleanalyzesmechanismsfortheinvolvementoflandplotsandlandrightsineconomicturnoverinthecontextoflandreformsintheRepublicofUzbekistan.Itissubstantiatedthatthedevelopmentoftheinstitutionoflandmortgagecannotbelimitedsolelytolendingsecuredbyland,butrequirestheformationofaspecialinstitutionalsystemincludinglandbanks,valuationinstitutions,insurancemechanisms,landmarketoperators,cooperativelending,andeducationalinfrastructure.Alandbankisconsiderednotasacommercialbank,butasaspecializedinstitutionprovidingfinancialsupportforterritorialdevelopment.Themainprinciplesoflandbankactivity,riskmanagementmechanisms,anditsinterrelationwithmonetarypolicyaredisclosed
