Abstract

This publication defines canonical longitudinal risk and governance failure terms used in behavioral AI governance, audit, and execution-time system design. It extends:• Canonical Terms for Behavioral AI Governance (v1.0.0)• Canonical Authority and Escalation Terms for Behavioral AI Governance (v1.1.0) The terms formalize how behavioral accumulation, decision substitution, confidence reinforcement, governance lag, and authority persistence emerge over time, often outside the visibility of snapshot evaluations or post-hoc governance processes. These definitions are intended to be stable, citable, and applicable across human, organizational, and AI-mediated systems.
