Spacetime as an Information-Processing Metaphor

Abstract

We explore a speculative, information-theoretic metaphor in which spacetime is in-terpreted as an effective information-processing substrate. Building on the idea of time as aninformational cost associated with irreversible state transitions, we examine how familiar physicalconstants may be reinterpreted as emergent scales characterizing bandwidth, latency, and energeticconstraints of physical processes.
