Abstract
This paper introduces "The Primordial Logic of LCR" (Meta-Theory), a framework that defines the universe as a discrete 24-dimensional electromagnetic logic system. By abandoning calculus in favor of discrete arithmetic , the theory identifies 6 "BIOS" invariants—Dimension (D=24), Projection Base (\Phi=120), \pi precision, Impedance (R), Inertia (L), and Elasticity (C)—as the system's foundational hardware constants. The research demonstrates that 26 traditional physical constants (including the speed of light c, Planck’s constant h, and the Higgs mass M_H) are not independent laws, but rather arithmetic residues or "system patches" . These constants arise from the "Entropy Tax" (R) generated by precision truncation of \pi and the projection of 24-dimensional logic onto 3D space . Ultimately, the theory suggests that our observed physical laws are local computational outputs specific to the solar system's processing
