Spectravax: computational design of broad-spectrum T-cell-inducing vaccines
Abstract
Spectravax is a computational framework for designing broad-spectrum vaccines that optimise both pathogen conservation and host HLA coverage. It integrates epitope prediction, sequence clustering, and coverage optimisation to generate vaccine antigen candidates targeting T-cell responses. For reference data required to run the pipeline, see: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18761002 Full documentation and usage examples are available in the repository README.
