Targeted delivery and syncytium-mediated distribution of alphaviral RNA replicon in 3D cancer cell model
Abstract
This Data Management Plan (DMP) outlines the strategy for managing research data generated within the project "Targeted delivery and syncytium-mediated distribution of alphaviral RNA replicon in 3D cancer cell model" The project aims to develop an innovative alphaviral RNA replicon (repRNA) platform for targeted cancer gene therapy, combining cancer-specific liposomal nanocarriers with a fusogenic HTLV1 env gene to enhance intratumoral distribution and immunogenic cell death in 2D and 3D cancer models. The scope of the DMP covers the full data lifecycle, including generation, documentation, storage, quality control, protection, sharing, and long-term preservation of molecular biology data, nanoparticle characterization results, imaging datasets, functional assay outputs, and macrophage phenotyping analyses. The objective of the Plan is to ensure that all experimental and analytical data are managed in a secure, structured, and reproducible manner, in compliance with FAIR principles and institutional, ethical, and funding requirements, while enabling appropriate dissemination and future reuse of non-sensitive datasets.
