Abstract

We propose a novel framework for quantum gravity where the gravitational constant $G$ is a derived parameter from cosmological expansion $H_0$ and vacuum dynamics. By introducing a vacuum dynamic viscosity $\mu_h = h/V_n$, we reformulate gravity as a kinetic process of mass growth $dM/dt = M H_0$. We demonstrate that internal shielding in superheavy nuclei leads to a non-equilibrium thermodynamic state with a characteristic temperature $T_N \sim 10^9$ K, providing a quantum mechanical basis for the Expanding Earth hypothesis and periodic geothermal activity.
