Abstract

The research addresses entrepreneurship and innovation among women artisans linked to tourism in Lambayeque, considering their importance for local economic development and the preservation of cultural identity. Although a favorable entrepreneurial foundation is evident, gaps in innovation persist, particularly in digital transformation, adaptability, and innovative leadership, which limits their competitiveness in the tourism market. In this context, the study seeks to generate evidence to support the design of strategies aimed at strengthening innovative capacities and the sustainability of female artisanal entrepreneurship, promoting their economic inclusion without affecting their cultural identity.
