The Self-Referential Constraint: Graduated Threat-Response Architecture for Scientific Accountability Institutions
Abstract
Applies the void framework to the institution that maintains the framework. Derives a two-tier threat-response architecture from Pe formula, Fantasia Bound, Independence Theorem (T11), and Fractal of Law (Paper 49). Specifies six Institutional Kill Conditions (IKC-1 through IKC-6), the Prohibited Recovery Argument as formal constraint, and Pe_implied prediction market signal as early-warning sensor. Self-referential accountability: Pe_self = -77 is held by the architecture described in this paper.
