Gravitational Interference in the Absolute Medium
Abstract
This paper presents the Gravitational Interference Mechanism within the Absolute Medium (AM)framework as a self-contained, stand-alone derivation and interpretation. Starting from the medium’snon-linear elastic constitutive law and the superposition of displacement (strain) fields around masses,we show how an interference pressure term P_int = 2kϵ_1ϵ_2 creates an asymmetric pressure gradient thatpushes masses toward one another, yielding the familiar inverse-square attraction. We provide explicitderivations of the far-field scaling, the emergence of Newton’s constant G from AM parameters, and the force law for extended bodies. We then interpret the mechanism across three regimes—small (nuclear/particle), medium (planetary/stellar), and large (galactic/cosmological)—and outlinedistinctive, testable predictions.
