Drawing upon theoretical knowledge, literature reviews, and exemplary educational practices, the paper proposes effective strategies that educators and Rajyoga meditation practitioners can employ to enhance students' academic achievement. This study is designed as a qualitative, descriptive analysis supported by secondary sources, with particular focus on the Indian educational context. By integrating Rajyoga meditation, social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and restorative practices into classrooms, schools can promote academic success and holistic development. The findings suggest that addressing behavioral and mental health challenges through Rajyoga meditation is not only a psychological necessity but also a pedagogical responsibility that directly influences academic performance. Index Terms - Rajyoga meditation, Academic performance, IX to XII students, Secondary education, Student well-being, Emotional regulation, Classroom management, Indian education Introduction Childhood and adolescence are transformative stages that shape an individual's personality, academic performance, and social adjustment. During these phases, students in IX to XII classes undergo rapid physical, cognitive, and emotional changes that often manifest in behavioral and mental health challenges. Increasing academic pressures, peer competition, social media exposure, and family dynamics intensify these struggles. Teachers often encounter students who display aggression, withdrawal, hyperactivity, or anxiety, which, if left unattended, hinder both learning and classroom harmony. This paper aims to present a holistic framework that integrates theoretical insights, research findings, and practical strategies for educators and Rajyoga meditation practitioners to support students effectively. Specifically, it examines how Rajyoga meditation can serve as a powerful intervention to enhance academic performance among IX to XII class students by addressing the multifaceted challenges they face during this critical developmental period.
